Code of Conduct

Lakeside Netball Club is a child safe club. As a community based club, we're committed to adhering to the Victorian Government and Netball Victoria’s Codes of Conduct.

​

We beileve in zero tolerance for child abuse, have systems in place to protect children and support and respect children with a disability and children from diverse cultures.

​

We believe children should feel comfortable, be cared for, feel safe and be safe.

Code of Conduct and child safety policies

Lakeside Netball Club would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land we are on, we pay our respects to Elder’s past, present and future. We extend this respect to all the lands we are on. We recognise the tremendous contribution that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people make to sport and we acknowledge the power of sport to promote reconciliation, enhance belonging and reduce inequality.

Lakeside Netball Club celebrates, values and includes people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, bodies and abilities.
