Lakeside competes in the Darebin Netball Association's competition at Narrandjeri Stadium in Thornbury. Over more than 35 years, Lakeside's grown to 21 teams across six divisions offering something for everyone.

Games

Lakeside netball games run across two exciting seasons – Season 1 over term 1 and 2, Season 2 over term 3 and 4.

 

Held at the Narrandjeri Stadium (281 Darebin Rd, Thornbury) on Saturday mornings, game times are generally as follows (subject to slight variations due to club and competition growth):

 

U9 – 8:20 am (minimum age Grade 2)

U11 – 8:20 am or 9:10 am

U13 – 10:00 am or 10:50 am

U15 – 10:50 am or 11:40 am

U17 – 11:40 am or 12:30 pm

Open/18+ – 12:30 pm

 

Training

Sharpen your skills with our weekly training sessions at Narrandjeri Stadium every Friday afternoon from 4-5pm or 5-6 pm. Our dedicated coaches, all volunteers and most with years of game experience, are passionate about guiding players to unlock their full potential. Join us in the pursuit of excellence on and off the court.
